We can make any writing in any preferred font. Drawings and logos have to follow a line so the best way to understand if yours can be made is to send us a file, better if vectorial.

We will then attach a sketch of the neon to the estimate.

Delivery costs depend on the neon’s dimensions. On the estimate we will indicate the delivery costs and the packaging costs.

The delivery is by courier and an extra insurance might be required.

The neon is sent in a reinforced plywood box. The box dimensions depend on the light’s dimensions. The high is always fixed to 25 cm.

The inner parts of the box are covered by a shock absorbent material. The neon is protected by a layer of styrofoam peanuts.

The neon lights are entirely made by hand therefore the times will depend on their complexity. Neon-Art will send you an e-mail as the handcraft begins and another one when it ends.

However production shouldn’t take longer than 15 working days.

The supports are definitely very useful to attach in an easy way your neon writing or drawing to the wall. The price depends on the type of support and material chosen, it changes on mq.

Once you choose the frame we will also send wall plugs to help you attach the frame easily.

There are many colours you can choose, from the most classic white to shocking pink or red.
Neon lights can be of two different types: there are normal ones and “pasted” ones.

The first difference between the two is that the pasted neon have a brighter colour, also when the light is switched off they maintain the colour they have when they’re switched on while the normal neon lights are always white when switched off.
